Unlike large agencies, where it’s common for a property manager to divide their time between more than 100 properties, KJ Realty manages a low ratio of properties – and does it well.

Based in Swanbourne, we currently manage properties in Claremont, Floreat, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, North Fremantle, West Perth, Victoria Park, Kensington, South Perth, Willetton, Beckenham, Success and Coolbellup. We can also service as far north as Hillarys if required.

We work tirelessly to find you the right tenant, and do not give up until we have. Not a ‘nine-to-five’ agency, we focus on achieving our goal as quickly as possible, and we keep you up-to-date at all times.

Professional, personalised service is a key feature of KJ Realty. This includes professional photography and marketing of your property, ensuring it presents at its very best. We also conduct home opens on request.

We provide you with thorough and informative routine inspection reports, which we conduct around six weeks after the tenancy begins, and then three-monthly thereafter. Our previous experience in the construction industry gives us the edge when looking after your property. We can identify and inform you about the need for any preventative maintenance – potentially saving you money down the track.

Another useful communication tool is The Property Tree online portal, which owners can use to send us a message or check the status of their investment.
